Welcome to register and become the user of the Toprecycle! Please read carefully the following agreement, those who accept the agreement are allowed to continue the registration.

    1. Users are required to fill in true and accurate customer information when register, Toprecycle will provide you with the membership ID and password exclusive for you to use. Members are responsible for passwords confidential. If Member ID or password is lost or stolen, the member shall notify immediately Toprecycle.
    2. Users enjoy the free counseling services provided by Toprecycle, at the same time, agreed to accept various types of additional information services provided by Toprecycle. The regular members are required to pay for the charged infomation service according to charging standards.
    3. Users agree to abide by " Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets " "The People's Republic of China Regulations on Protection of Computer Information System Security," "Computer Software Protection Regulations" and other provisions, laws and regulations, measures for the implementation with reference to the computer and Internet. In any case, Toprecycle believes reasonably that the users' behavior may be a breach of the laws and regulations mentioned above, Toprecycle will terminate the provision of service at any time without prior notice to the user.
    4. The ownership and operation right of services provided for users rest with the Toprecycle. Services provided by Toprecycle will be strictly executed in accordance with the relevant constitutions, terms of service and operational rules. Upon clicking "I agree" button of Toprecycle's registration process, you have achieved an agreement with Toprecycle and accept all the terms of service.
    5. After paying the membership fee, Toprecycle are required to provide user name and password for you within 48 hours of the working day as soon as we confirm your payment.
    6. Toprecycle will make every effort to promptly update information to keep it true, accurate and current. But we do not make any type of guarantee. We do not guarantee that services must be able to fully meet your requirements and services will not be interrupted, hope you understand and accept that the reliability of information obtained from Toprecycle services depends on yourself. We disclaim all liabilities and risks arising from using the information.
    7. Toprecycle has the obligation to respect your privacy. Toprecycle will not make your personal information public, compile or disclose your personal information, unless we are required to do so by law or in a good faith believe that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with legal rules and process; (ii) maintain Toprecycle's ownership of trademark (iii) make every effort to safeguard the individual user's privacy and the public safety in case of emergency. (iv) comply with other related requirements.
    8. With respect to information, quotes and other information provided for members, Toprecycle claims the ownership. Without the written permission, no person or company is allowed to reproduce, copy, extract from Toprecycle website, reprint or use the information for commercial activity. The information defined by Toprecycle includes: text, software, sound, pictures, video, charts, all the content in advertising, business information provided by Toprecycle for members. All these elements are protected by copyright, trademarks, labels and other property ownership laws. Therefore, users can only use them as long as be authorized by Toprecycle and advertisers, but could not take the liberty of copying, modifying the content, or create content-related derivative products.
    9. Toprecycle reserves the right of modifying or discontinuing services at any time without notifying users. By exercising its right of modifying or discontinuing services, Toprecycle has no need to be responsible to users or third parties.
    10. The power of interpretation of this Registration Agreement belongs to Beijing Toprecycle Resource Consulting Co., Ltd... If there is any provision going against the relevant national laws, subject to express provision of national law.
    11. The use of VIP ports. Users can post the price information of marketable commodity in accordance with their will on Toprecycle's information platform database, and users have the power of interpretation of their information. If the users' price information is within a reasonable extent, Toprecycle will post it non-modified without intervention. If Toprecycle believes that user information inaccurate or malicious, Toprecycle has the right not to publish it. When the intellectual property rights of information released by Toprecycle are infringed, the user should do the obligation to give assistance. Toprecycle has the right to use selectively information of commodity price provided by users in any section of Toprecycle information platform and to form a variety of information products to sell.
